I have been very busy for over four decades in the apartment investment business, but it is not where I started. I worked in social services while in high school, during and after college. In fact, I went on to get a master’s degree in special education as a school teacher before my career in real estate investing.
For the past few years, I have transitioned much of my activities to the non-profit world, with a particular emphasis on affordable housing and homelessness. For me, it has felt like a return to my roots, social services. So, I am happy to be doing my little bit to make the world a better place.
Let us get to work now; we can do it!
Gardening is art to me. Think of it as color, texture and shape.
