Partners for HOME is a compassionate community dedicated to bringing nonprofit, government, business and community leaders together to make homelessness rare, brief and nonrecurring in the City of Atlanta. As the managing organization of Atlanta’s Continuum of Care for homeless services, Partners for HOME leads the city’s robust, collaborative strategy to end homelessness.
